After doing the Parkinson 10k in Nottingham, on
behalf of my Granddad and the happiness of my Nanna; in which i raised £190 i realized
that i wanted to do more events for charities.
Subsequently, i have registered for the British 10k in london and the Great south run in
Portsmouth.
The first charity i am running for is FSID: a charity helping family's with the effects of cot
death. I chose this chairty as i have a little girl now and the worry of cot death was always
on my mind. The second charity i am running for is Mind: an organization that councils
people through hard times. I chose this charity as a friend of the family received help
from them.
To this i want to help other charitys with a free window cleaning so please call for this
service.
